Ke is the Founder of Timenschen Fund, focusing on investing in space technologies and space applications, with the current priorities of building the local development of space ventures in the GCC region. Ke started her space career in Europe and joined Disrupt Space as its investor and CEO, which organized the first commercial space summits in Europe and contributed significantly in building the ecosystems between the new space startups and corporates, as well as the space industry policy consultancy. The company also has bridged the cross-border collaborations in the space industry between Eurpope and China, with its very first high-level China-EU Disrupt Space Summit held in Beijing, 2019, highlighted with the then EU Ambassador to China’s remarks on the positive collaborations in both regions.

Ke is also the Co-founder of Karman Project Foundation, gathering the global space leaders from more than 70 countries for independent dialogues, trust building and cooperations. During her work at Karman Project Foundation on the operation and growth segments, she initiated the partnership with Oxford Space Initiative, including co-hosting the Smart Space MBA program and the annual Kaman-Oxford Gala Dinner. During the Karman Fellowship Programme, she was in charge of the organisation of the Karman Selection Board and the Selection Day activity, onboarded the collaborations especially with the Chinese stakeholders such as China Space Foundation, and developed the Karman Week and Karman Gala Dinner as the annual flagship events in various countries such as UAE and France. Ke continues to support the strategic direction of the foundation, serving on its Advisory Board.

Ke has a legal and business background where she studied international law for 6 years with Master in International Law from UIBE (University of International Business and Economics) and worked in a law firm specializing in WTO dispute settlement and international trade remedies. She also holds a Master of Management from ESCP Business School and is an alumna and permanent individual Governing Member of International Space University. She is an Oxford Fellow focusing on space commerce and governance. Besides her work in the space industry, she also organizes techno music festivals at the Great Wall of China, believing that cultural exchanges will play an important role in international collaborations and mitigating the misunderstandings.
